What is a Home Inspection?

A home inspection is a comprehensive visual assessment of a property’s readily accessible systems and components. The goal is to identify visible defects, maintenance concerns, and areas that may require further evaluation, giving you a clearer understanding of the home’s overall condition. Our inspectors follow recognized industry standards and include careful examination of key areas such as the roof, exterior, foundation, structure, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, and interior finishes.

Water Testing Add-On

The water test is intended to provide information about the quality of the water at the time the sample was collected.

A water sample is collected from an accessible water source and submitted to an accredited laboratory for analysis. Testing may include potability, bacteria (total coliform and E. coli), and other parameters selected by the client or required for the property.

Recommended for: homes with private wells, rural properties, properties with concerns about water quality, or when requested by the client or lender.

Why It Matters?

A home inspection provides much more than a checklist. It gives you knowledge and peace of mind before making important decisions. For prospective buyers, a home inspection can provide better understanding of the property’s condition, identify safety concerns or maintenance issues, reduce the likelihood of unexpected repair costs, and allow for more informed decisions and greater confidence.
