Certified Schedule F
LMIA Housing Inspections
What Is a Schedule F LMIA Housing Inspection?
A Schedule F LMIA Housing Inspection evaluates employer-provided accommodations intended for temporary foreign workers before they arrive in Canada. The completed inspection report forms part of the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application and helps demonstrate that the housing meets applicable health and safety requirements.
WHO NEEDS A SCHEDULE F INSPECTION?
Employers who provide housing for temporary foreign workers under the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (SAWP), the Agricultural Stream, or any other eligible Temporary Foreign Worker Program arrangement may require a Schedule F Housing Inspection before workers arrive in Canada. A separate inspection is typically required for each housing location included in the LMIA application.
